Alcaraz entered Paris after title-winning runs in Monte-Carlo and Rome. He continued his purple patch by winning the French Open for the second time in his career.

The Spaniard saved three championship points to get the job done against in-form Jannik Sinner. He now has five major titles to his name on the ATP tour.

Alcaraz has already etched his name in the history books at the age of 22. With legends like Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal no longer in the spotlight, let’s look at where he stands among active players with the most Grand Slam men’s singles titles.

The 22-year-old has already won five Grand Slam titles in his career. He clinched his first major at the 2022 US Open by beating Casper Ruud in the final. He then added two titles each at the French Open (2024, 2025) and Wimbledon (2023, 2024).

After winning the latest major in Paris, Alcaraz will chase his third consecutive title in London next month.

Djokovic entered Paris after a title-winning run in Geneva. He outfoxed the likes of Filip Misolic, Cameron Norrie and Alexander Zverev to reach the semifinals but was knocked out by Jannik Sinner.

Although the Serb won his last major title at the 2023 US Open beating Medvedev, he still holds the record for most major titles in men's singles with 24 laurels so far.

The 38-year-old put up a resilient performance at the 2025 French Open but couldn't make it past in-form Sinner. He will be hoping to turn things around on grass and win his eighth Wimbledon title.
