What penalties could Steve Ballmer and LA Clippers face for salary cap circumvention? Understanding financial implications 




Steve Ballmer and the LA Clippers can be penalised by the NBA after journalist Pablo Torre shed light on some alleged shady transactions between Ballmer and Kawhi Leonard on Tuesday. The exposed exchanges were made to allegedly circumvent the NBA’s salary cap.
