“They beefing during the finals?” – Rockets Tari Eason’s mom Teroya Eason baffled over Elon Musk’s bombshell claim about Donald Trump

Tari Eason’s mother, Teroya, reacted to the feud between former allies Elon Musk and the United States President Donald Trump amid the ongoing NBA Finals between the OKC Thunder and the Indiana Pacers.

Eason’s mother reacted to Musk and Trump’s feud. Posting Musk’s allegations and revelations on Trump on X, Teroya expressed her bafflement to see the two go at each other.

“They beefing during the finals?? America is CRACKIN rn! 😳,” she wrote.

In a series of posts on X, a company owned by Musk, the richest man in the world, he alleged that Trump was in the Epstein files, a confidential document containing details about notorious sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Musk also claimed that Trump would not have won the presidency if not for him, after donating over $250 million to the president’s campaign last year. The rift started when Musk was relieved of his duties at the Department of Government Efficiency before criticizing Trump’s spending bill.

These unfolded in the past week when the NBA was preparing for the Finals between OKC and Indiana, leaving fans and Eason alike baffled.

Tari Eason’s team, the Houston Rockets, finished as the second seed in the Western Conference but lost in the first round against the Golden State Warriors. Eason, a bench spark plug for the Rockets, averaged 12.0 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game.

Tari Eason’s mom Teroya, aired her thoughts on the new Team USA versus the World format for next year’s NBA All-Star game.

The revamped format will reportedly see American players face top foreign players in the league, following years of lackluster All-Star game performances.

“S***!!! Let me see which country I want my son (Rockets forward Tari Eason) to represent. … All I’m working with right now is maybe some Caribbean blood, and I have no connection to Cuba. he refuses anyway. He is proud to be an American. And has always wanted to play as an American,” she wrote on X.

Eason is expected to continue being a part of the Rockets’ youthful core next season, which has been led by former NBA champion Fred VanVleet, Jalen Green and Alperen Sengun.
