Michael Jordan’s son Marcus swaps alcohol for cigars while continuing sobriety streak

Michael Jordan’s son, Marcus Jordan, is maintaining his sobriety streak as he swapped alcohol for cigars. On Sunday, the Bulls legend’s son shared a series of pictures on his Instagram story.

In his first story, Marcus posted a snapshot of his dinner plate. He accompanied it with an animated caption, informing his followers on the number of days he has been without alcohol.

The following story featured an image of a Jordan brand cigar. The photo was taken from a higher angle, with Marcus holding it in his left hand and showing off his white sneakers.

He also shared photos of his food, with its details included in the caption.

"A5 wagyu crispy rice🍣✨," Marcus wrote.

Marcus is staying away from alcohol since his arrest in February. He was arrested in Florida for DUI, cocaine possession and resisting arrest.

According to the New York Post, Marcus was booked at an Orange County jail after his Lamborghini SUV was stuck between rail tracks at midnight in Maitland. The police arrested him for DUI after conducting three field sobriety tests. When they checked his pockets, they found white powdery substance which was later confirmed as cocaine.

Marcus is 61 days sober according to his Instagram story.

Marcus Jordan, shouted-out Luka Doncic for sporting clothes from his Michael Jordan-themed boutique. On Saturday, the Bulls legend's son shared a reel on his Instagram story featuring an image of the LA Lakers star wearing a T-shirt from his "Trophy Room" boutique.

The T-shirt was black with a small rectangular graphic in front. Marcus hyped up Doncic in the caption.

"@lukadoncic lookin’ game ready in @TrophyRoomStore," Marcus wrote.

Doncic is a brand ambassador for the Jordan brand since 2019. Marcus founded his boutique, the "Trophy Room," in 2016, and has since grown it as an exclusive brand for everything Michael Jordan. The boutique sells exclusive and limited edition sneakers, trading cards and more.

It is located at 50 S Rosalind Ave, Retail B, Orlando, Florida, and has over 388,000 followers on Instagram.
