Watch: Mayhem breaks out as ex-NBA stars Evan Fournier and Kendrick Nunn ignite fiery scuffle in overseas league

Former NBA players Evan Fournier and Kendrick Nunn got into a heated fight during a game. Fournier and Nunn are playing for the Greek Basketball League. Fournier is playing for Olympiacos, while Nunn suits up for Panathinaikos.

Just like the NBA, the Greek Basketball League is now hosting its finals series between Olympiacos and Panathinaikos. Due to what’s at stake, things got heated between Fournier and Nunn.

As Evan Fournier attempted to take the ball strong to the hoop for a layup, Kendrick Nunn attempted to block the shot. However, Nunn wildly missed his block attempt and ended up hitting Fournier instead. Both players crashed on the hardwood, which infuriated the Olympiacos star.

Fournier immediately rushed towards Nunn to get back at him. However, his teammates held him back to de-escalate the situation. Fournier and Nunn might've gotten into a physical altercation.

2025 NBA Finals matchup heats up after Tyrese Haliburton steals Game 1 from OKC

Elsewhere, the Indiana Pacers took on the OKC Thunder on Thursday for Game 1 of the 2025 NBA Finals. It was a highly anticipated matchup given how the best team in the league this season will face a team that has shocked the Eastern Conference with its passion and grit.

The Thunder were the favorites to win Game 1. Not only did OKC have the home-court advantage, but they also had the reigning season MVP by their side, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. While it's reassuring to have the best player on their team, Tyrese Haliburton shocked the basketball world once again and hit another game-winner.

Haliburton broke OKC's hearts as he sank his fourth game-winner of the 2025 NBA Playoffs. Hali took a mid-range shot to secure a 111-110 victory on Thursday. It's a shame the Thunder couldn't get the job done, especially after Shai put up another masterful performance.

SGA tried to lead his team to victory, adding 38 points, five rebounds, three assists and three steals. While Gilgeous-Alexander had the best performance out of every player on the court, it was Indiana's teamwork that shone brightly on Thursday. Six out of 10 Pacers players were in double figures, which says a lot about how unselfishly they've played as a unit.

Heading into Game 2 of the NBA Finals, the Pacers have all the momentum. If the Thunder fail to tie the series, they will struggle to get back on track in Games 3 and 4, as the Pacers have the home-court advantage.
